Where is the Eye Dropper?
Looking for this tool?

You won't find it!
The Eye Dropper is not a selectable tool from an icon or a hotkey.
It is built into the mouse and can be used at any time.
Tap Right Click to drop the color you are currently hovering over into your 1st color slot.

Where is the Eraser?
Need this tool to remove something?

Nope! Doesn't exist! (Well its a bit of a lie, we'll find out why later)
Instead of an Eraser tool you'll be using the Transparent Color to remove pixels.

Popup Menu

Press the Space Bar to bring up the Popup Menu.

Tools and other actions can be selected from here.

It's also a quick way to check some of your hotkeys.

Customize the Popoup Menu

You can decide which items appear in the Popup Menu or not.
To access the menu editor goto File->Preferences.


The System tab holds the menu editor below.


Right Click an existing menu item to bring up a menu of options.


Add 
Select a new item to be added to the list.


Now the newly added item will appear on the Popup Menu when you press space!

Info Bar

At the bottom of the screen you'll find some text.

This is the Info Bar.

It displays useful information about your file, colors, tools, etc.

There are a few different formats depending on what you're doing.

Normal Mode

This format is displayed while moving the mouse around the canvas.
Any tool can be selected.
The color values shown are the color of the pixel under your mouse cursor.

Drawing Mode

This format is displayed while using the Drawing tools (Pen, Paint, Color Replacer).

Line Mode

This format is displayed while using the Line tools (Connect Line, Spline Curve).
Delta Position is the translation from the lines start position to the current mouse position.
